【Kyokamo Down】
The down used is "Kyokamo Down," made from the feathers of Kyokamo, a domestic breed of edible Aigamo duck.
The feathers are a byproduct of Kyokamo ducks raised in a clean environment at Kyoto Yamashiro Nosan.
The feathers are sent to Kawada Feather, a long-established feather manufacturer in Mie Prefecture, where they are cleaned, dried, and processed using their technology to create clean, safe, and reliable down.
